Steve Turso and his team of craftsmen remodeled my hall bathroom in the fall of 2008. He had been recommended to me by my neighbors for whom he had done a number of projects.
The first step in the remodeling process, after I had agreed that we would work together, was to review sources for obtaining the various components of the project: tile, vaniety, shower door, plumbing etc. He recommended a number of sources where he had contacts, but was flexible if I wanted to use other vendors. In those cases he was willing to review their product recommendations and prices. I found that those vendors he suggested to be professional, with competitive prices and anxious to help me.
Steve was a good listner as he guided me and my daughter-in-law, a knowledgeable, experienced and creative woman, through the entire process including the endorsement of good ideas we suggested as well as tactfully making some excellant ones of his own. He made an extra effort to protect my new hardwood floors, walls and furniture. He and his workmen, except one, met their time commitments, kept the project on schedule and were respectful of my time. My sense was that we had a true partnership with a positive outcome. As one would expect with a project of this nature, there were a few post completion issues which Steve promptly addressed to my satisfaction. I recommend him and would involve him with future remodeling projects at my home.

Avanti Renovations has helped our company re-hab several properties over the past couple of years. Hi Steve – I hosted my first family holiday in my newly decorated Kitchen and it was wonderful! The beautiful new cabinets, counters, tile and light fixtures has literally transformed this room into a warm, cozy and very clean place for people to gather. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner!
I am also enjoying the new flooring in my foyer that your team installed a few years ago as well as the updated bathroom. The work has held up very well.
Will definitely have you back soon for more updating – you are a man who delivers what you promise and then some - every time at a better price than anyone I shopped around for. You are the best – happy holidays to you and your family! Thank you for helping make our house more of a home.
